We have to state that at this point we have tested many air quality products (air filtration) and have owned quite a few brands of air purifiers with various capacities. From cheap one-room to large semi-commercial ones. So far - this one wins the TOP spot on our list. Packaging: no Styrofoam - no little "bubbles" nonsense. The item came in a very sturdy box with excellent filler that was easy to unwrap and get the unit out. Plastic cover was easy to remove and all neat little wheels at the bottom of the unit made the unit "glide" with ease. Perfect! Per instructions (and common sense), we removed plastic wrapping (from filters) on both sides of the unit. Plugged into a wall socket - it woke-up instantly. Pressed the "power" button - the unit started right away in quite mode (one light). The operation is straight-forward and super easy. Auto mode makes the machine to decide based on sensor which mode it should operate. We did a test with e-cigarette being about 15' away from machine in a room with approximate 1000 sq. feet. Within 20 seconds the machine kicked into "turbo" mode and approximately 3 minutes later started to "calm down" gradually to super quite "low" mode. This machine is Tuya/Smart Life compatible! We already had Smart Life app for our home appliances installed and it was a breeze to add the new filter to our "smart home" dashboard. Instructions are super easy - press "Auto" button for 3 seconds and "wifi" icon flashes on front screen - go to "smart life/tuya" and click on add a home appliance/air filter. That's it! There is no remote control for this air purifier. And we appreciate that fact - less to worry about it, as it functions well via Smart Life and via machine's buttons. Manual - very well printed booklet and nothing is cheap about it! Translation is clear and in perfect English. Warranty - Lifetime Warranty!!! We kid you not - the manufacturer stands by its product and we can tell that everything that came in the box is well thought-through and professional. This product stacks-up very well with our high-end LG, Winix air purifiers and definitely BEATS them all in terms of functionality! Air filter replacements - very reasonable - 99 dollars per filter on manufacturer's website. But the best part - pre-screen filter is fine mesh and will catch most of the debree to prolong life of your machine! It's removable to wash as well from side inlet on both sides. Excellent!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this machine to anyone who wants to keep it for LIFE! A+++
